The Blue Hackle Villa is located within the Al Mahraqa residential area of south eastern Basra which is near the Basra Palace.

The villa is about 3 minutes drive from the Mnawi Basha (The main hotel in Basra), allowing for the option to use the Hotel as a prominent business meeting place.

The villa is laid out over two floors giving 8 apartments in total. Each apartment is accessed through a private door leading to two very large bedrooms, a self contained lounge/office area with a fully equipped bathroom, shower room and kitchen.

The building offers secure accommodation with low key armed guards and monitored by CCTV.

Each individual apartment is self contained and offers two bedrooms including in-room cooking/tea and coffee making facilities, a private bathroom and private office space/lounge.

Meals are available on an American plan (our experienced chef will provide three meals per day at an additional cost) or via in-room cooking facilities.

The PSD team and garage facilities offer a secure transition between vehicles and accommodation, at no time would you be exposed to public areas during transition between vehicles and accommodation as we have a secure garage linked directly to the villa.
